Ulmer & Berne LLP Making a Move by Growing to Skylight
Cleveland -

CLEVELAND -- Ulmer & Berne, one of the Midwest's fastest-growing law firms, is pleased to announce the move of its Cleveland office to Skylight Office Tower, located in Tower City Center in downtown Cleveland. This move - effective November 28, 2005 further evidences the firm's growth, commitment to its Northeast Ohio roots, and dedication to an expanding client base.

"This is an exciting opportunity for our firm," said Kip Reader, Ulmer & Berne's managing partner. "While our legal practice is national and international in scope, our roots in Cleveland form the firm's strong foundation," Mr. Reader adds. "We are fortunate to have a group of extremely talented attorneys who make up our culture and provide depth in all areas of law, giving us a unique platform on which to service our clients."

The Cleveland office move follows other recent big news for Ulmer & Berne. The firm was recently ranked for the first time in The National Law Journal's "NLJ 250", which lists the 250 largest law firms in the United States based on a firm's total number of attorneys.

"The firm's new offices were chosen with both our clients and attorneys in mind," says Mr. Reader. Tower City is well known in the Cleveland area, is centrally located downtown, contains ample parking, and is connected by an underground walkway to the Federal Courthouse. The increased office size - an almost 40% increase - will allow for continued expansion within the firm.
